Any university student who wants extra support — whether you're neurodivergent, struggling with the jump to uni, juggling work and study, or just want structure and people in your corner. You don't need a diagnosis or to be in crisis to join.

Is it really free?

If you're eligible for Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA), Mind Mastery is fully funded — zero cost to you. Everyone else can join for £99/month, cancel anytime. We'll help you check your DSA eligibility when you sign up.

What exactly is a pod?

A pod is a small group of ten students who meet weekly, led by a specialist mentor with lived experience. They're themed — meditation, finance, dissertation, fitness and more. Cameras are always optional and you can join or leave any pod whenever you like.

How is Claude different from other AI?

Claude knows your context — your course, your plan, your mood — so its help is actually relevant. It'll plan your week, unstick an essay, or just talk things through. It never replaces your human mentor, and your conversations stay private.

Will my university see my data?

Accepted Answer

No. Your conversations and mood check-ins are yours. Universities only ever see anonymised, cohort-level insight — never individual private data — and only when they're a partner institution. You're always in control of what you share.

What if I'm having a really hard time?

You're never left to figure it out alone. The app points you to free 24/7 crisis lines — Samaritans (call 116 123) and Shout (text 85258) — plus quick routes to your mentor and your university's wellbeing team, and straight to 999 if you're ever not safe. Mind Mastery signposts support; it isn't itself a crisis service.
